We'd love to welcome you to 100 Women Who Give a Hoot!

Membership

There is no fee to join. Instead, members make a meaningful commitment to our mission by donating $100 each quarter (plus a $4 online processing fee) for one year.

 

We encourage members to attend our lively quarterly events whenever possible, but if you're unable to make a meeting, your quarterly donation is still an important part of our collective impact. Together, our individual gifts become one significant donation to a local nonprofit chosen by our members each quarter.

 

In return, you'll be part of a fun, welcoming community of women who are passionate about making a difference close to home. Our one-hour meetings introduce members to inspiring local nonprofits, celebrate the work happening in our community, and provide time to connect before and after the presentations.

Getting Started

 

1. Create your free website account (it's quick!)
Everyone begins by creating an account and verifying their email address.

 

2. Complete the Membership Form
While signed in, submit the membership form to confirm your one-year commitment to Women Who Give a Hoot.

 

3. Update your Member Directory preferences.
Choose what information, if any, you'd like other members to see.

 

4. Nominate local nonprofits.
Each member may nominate up to three eligible nonprofits each year for consideration at an upcoming quarterly meeting.

As our chapter continues to grow, we're looking for members who would enjoy sharing their talents, ideas, and enthusiasm. Whether you're interested in serving on our leadership team or volunteering at an event, we'd love to hear from you.

Leadership Opportunities

Leadership team members help create the welcoming, inspiring experience our members enjoy each quarter. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping plan and support our four quarterly events
  • Participating in monthly leadership meetings (a mix of in-person and virtual)
  • Taking ownership of an area that matches your interests and strengths
  • Sharing ideas to help our chapter grow and thrive
  • Encouraging membership growth and community awareness
  • Championing the power of collective giving
